Strange text message about modem delivery

Hi,

 

I'm moving into a new apartment and signed up for TPG for the first time. I haven't yet gained access to the property but I wanted to start the process early. There was no option for delayed modem delivery so it went straight away.


Startrack says it's delivered, but I received this text message:

"your FTTB modem is awaiting collection at ST LEONARDS DFÇPls collect ASAP as modem is required for installation.Ref:ÇM7ZZ50141258"

 

Could I please have some direction with this? I've no idea where I need to go to pick up the modem.

I can see that you've already spoken to our support team over the phone today. As discussed with you, your modem is sitting at the local post office to which you'll need to pick it up.
