I have now been waiting five weeks for nbn connection to be restored ..... five visits later had a new line connected to the house last Friday then today, another tech came, supposedly to hook up to my modem but said it wasn't his job and for me to get an electrician to do it and get the money back from you!!
I have done nothing wrong, please get this service restored .... I am contacting the Ombudsman in 24 hours if continue to get no satisfactory result ... JP
