CANCLLED MY TPG ACCOUNT

Absoultey discgraceful.

 

I have followed every protocol that's been requested.  I have emailed TPG and I have called the customer service - yet there is NO communication at all from your team.

 
I have cancelled my account via email (cancel@tpg.com.au).  I have written a formal email and wrote the form - YET TPG is still withdrawing money from my credit card !!!
 
This is unacceptable - I have already requested a refund for the internet that I have NOT used to date!!!!
 
PLEASE GET BACK TO ME! THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!!
