Hi. I've been trying to contact online chat support for days about connectivity drop outs but each time I do I receive the mesage that 'team members are serving other customers. Please try again later.' How do I get help with no phone or online support?
Over the last, probably 4 weeks, our internet has dropped out a couple of times per day and each time requires the power to be removed from the modem in order to restore service. I've called TPG a couple of times (should be in my notes), they've made some adjustments, say they'll monitor the line for 24 hrs then close the ticket. But the problem resumes. We're getting tired of it dropping out each day particulalry that it happens at times during an importnat videoconference
