I have moved places and TPG cannot provide service at my new address. I have tired to chat with support team to cancel but i didn't get response.
Can some one please help me in cancelling my service.
can i also get details of who to contact to disconnect, tried the live chat, every time they say they will transfer me to disconnection it times out after 2 hours after never being redirected. Tried calling general number and cant get through to anyone.
Can i get a phone number of the disconnections team or an email?
