I spent an hour this morning waiting for chat support. When I finally got through, the support person went to test my line. There was clearly a delay between me typing and him reading my responses, but while I was waiting for him he ended the chat without providing me with an outcome. I didn't receive his message about ending the chat until after he had already done so. I have now been waiiting in the queue for another hour and a half with no end in sight. I would not bother, except I have important work to finish today and cannot do so without internet access (I am working from home at the moment due to covid-19). Both TPG and NBN websites state that there are no outages in my area, and there don't appear to be hardware issues. what am I supposed to do if TPG is effectively not providing support?
