Once service has been installed, your modem will attempt to automatically configure on its own in order for it to connect to our server and allow you access to the internet. This process usually takes 15-30 minutes for it do so. If it's stuck on that same status for longer than 30 minutes, manual configuration of the settings on the modem may need to be done.
To check your connection status, I tried to pull up your TPG account using your community details, but I was unable to locate your record.
