Get online support

Enrolled for TPG connection on march 7th but not able to connect to internet till date

Hi Team,


I have received the router to my home address. I tried to connect it multiple time as per the instructions given my your customer call support.

They have given assurance in every call that they will call back me but till date I haven't received even a single call from your technicians or support team.

I am really wondering why this is taking this much time to fix one connection issue even after paying  the amount on 7th itself.

Kindly send your representative or technician to fix this issue on priority.
