I have been locked out of my iphone ?

I have been locked out of my iphone for reasons unnown

The only way to unlock it after giving my User name and password is to get a Code on the phone which is locked

there is NO way that I can receive a code on a locked phone

Please activate my phone again

All good now, apparently you have to swipe the locked page on the iphone to remove it and you get the message texted

I just wish the glitch did not happen as it used up a lot of my time

Anyhow thanks  - glad to be operational again.
