Internet Not Working NBN

My internet has suddenly stopped working. The DSL light flashes for a period of time every 30 seconds.
I have reset my modem and checked cables. There is also no outages in my area.

Hi,@harrybaldwin, we can see that the issue has been escalated to our Engineering Team and an NBN technician has been booked for  21 July 2020 , 8AM-12PM to fix this.

The team is closely monitoring this and the case engineer will be in touch as soon as a new update becomes available.
