Internet light not on - no connection for days

I have no internet connection, have logged a job via the app, have sent a msg via messenger, have tried click to chat which is unavailable, I have used the online resources which tell me I must have an outstanding bill (I do not) and now I have been on the phone for 2hrs & 49 minutes waiting for someone to answer. We have had no internet for 48hrs and we need this to work from home - our mobile data is almost exhausted. This is not ok.
