Internet not working over last 5 days

Hi my customer number is 6402390 and I have been having internet issues since last Thursday (7th May). The internet keeps dropping out and the lights go off on the modem. We have reset the modem multiple times as well as checked and there doesn't seem to be an NBN issue at our location. Can someone please help me resolve this issue as I am a teacher teachingnremotely from home and this is impossible to do when I have no internet.
