Get online support
My internet speed is currently sitting at:
Unfortunately while we have two people in our household working from home we cannot sustain this.
I believe we are on the Home Bundle using ADSL 2. I would like to either fix any issues we have with this current set up, or upgrade to a more reliable service.
Both TPG phone chat and online tech support are unreachable. This is understandable, however why cannot I just post a chat to tech support and wait for their response?
I am really searching for help ASAP, otherwise I will need to talk to another provider
