NBN Still down at 2090. Is there any timing for when this will be corrected??

Thanks @Dubious,

Please look for a WIFI switch on the top/side panel of the modem and switch that on.

 

You will see an additional light on the modem that will allow you to see the Wi-Fi network on your devices.

Hi @Dubious ,

 

We have experienced an unplanned outage which affected both our phone and internet services. Our Network Engineers have immediately engaged and resolved the issue. Customers should see services progressively restored as the restoration continues.

Hi,

turned the modem and router off/on and nothing. The network isn't showing on list of available networks now either.
