New NBN Connection FTTC not working!

Greetings

 

I am swtiching over from ADSL2 to NBN. Have received NBN bundle from TPG. Have connected NBN modem. At present only getting two solid blue lights ie power and the connection light. Has been connected for 24 hours. I need this up and running for work.

I have escalated this issue to our Intsalls Team and someone should call you back ASAP.

We may need to lodge a fault to NBN.

 

You may check the setup guide that we've created for NBN FTTC here and make sure you have connected things properly.
