I live in a unit which i have recently moved into 2 weeks ago.The unit is no more than 4 years old and i can already see other occupants of the building connected with TPG.
We've had 2 NBN technicians come out and say that they can't connect the internet without offering any reasonable explanation. They try for around an hour, give up then leave .. They both said they will report back to NBN and report what they found.
No i have to speak to the chat for a third time to organise another technician who i'm sure will be more useless than the first 2 that came out. Anyone else experiencing this type of service?
