Get online support

No Internet since last 4 days and counting hours....

Hi, 

 

I am unable to connect to the internet since last 4 days. I was earlier told that there was an outage lasting 3 days and it will resolve by yesterday but even now...I cannot connect to the internet.

 

Can some one from TPG team look into this request quickly.
