No internet connection

Hello, my house has no internet since yesterday at around 9:30pm. We check the signal light in the box has no issues. Please help to fix it. Thank you.

Thanks for raising this to us. I ran an initial test to the service it shows it has been connected for  1h 41m. We'd like to confirm if you're still having issues with the service.
