Not sure if this is normal for TPG!? They were able to get back to asap when I wanted to sign up & now I'm having an issue and no one is there to help!?
I am seriously going to go to the Ombudsman about this!! I paid for our first month upfront & now I can't use what I paid for, what an absolute joke!!
