Phones and internet not working correctly - again!

Dear TPG,

My phones and internet are still not working correctly, even after intervention by you and a visit from NBN tech. who replaced NBN box and fixed something on the pole.

We are on FTTC, and have had nothing but trouble since connecting to the NBN.

My voip phone is constantly dropping out, and I cannot load pages from the internet, which is also constantly dropping out. This has been happening for the last two days. We have only just been reconnected after 10 days out. Could you please investigate what it is THIS time!

Hi RajenS,

Thank you for replying. My customer number is 3052246, user name is thorpel, service address is 66 Boomerang Drive, Glossodia, and I don't have a mobile phone, but can be reached on my son's mobile phone, which is 0424030324.

   Changes have been completed now, and I can see your internet and phone are  up, service should be much stable now
