Transferring to TMC

My sincere apologies. I have been a tpg customer for 20+ ?? Years. I have a master email address and I believe I have a slave address for my wife. Forget all this alias stuff, I don't use it. PLEASE ENLIGHTEN ME. If I transfer my master account to TMC does it also transfer my wife's slave account as well. If NOT is there options in the transfer process to do this. I am 78 years old, an ex computer technician so just a simple answer would be great please. Many thanks.

Hi @Bearley ,

A Slave email is a separate account that has it's own inbox. Each slave email address will require the opt-in processes separately to start with the migration.

You need to opt-in the slave email account of your wife to migrate to TMC.
