Since October 2019 I am using NBN TPG connection with 80 mbps plan. As per TPG advertisement fastest speed. “Big Joke”. I have never seen 80 mbps. In fact it can’t upload my Netflix. It takes 10 minutes everyday to load it.
Spoke to TPG customer care spent an hour worked for 1 day fine and again same situation.
I am paying $100 approx every month so almost I have paid $600 for the pathetic service.
I really want to know if I want to cancel your service what I need to do also assuming you will not be charging.
