Why, in the last few days, have I been getting this message on my router "Can not find any account for the incoming call". The message appeared 14 times on 2nd August and today has appeared 8 times already.
Is this impacting on my incoming VOIP phone calls?

You are not a TPG customer. Please contact your own ISP for any Technical issues you are having with your service.
