Why are your Tech Support people closing off "chats" without proving any help?

I have raised several chats with your tech support area since 6pm on Wednesday night. Every one of these has been closed by TPG staff without providing any help to me what so ever.

you are very prompt taking the $ out of my account each month to pay for the various services we use. Pity you do not have the same attitiude toward providing support service.
