internet is disconnected since yesterday

Hi TPG, 

I am on the Gold Coast. Since yesterday, Internet has been disconnected. 

There is no NBN outrage. Can you help me with this? 

I wanted to send a private message, but it says I don't have that privilidges.

I have the same problem with facing same issue but no response from anyone and couldn't find this topic troubleshooting in search engine. Target Gift Card Balance
