I can see you are on an NBN-FTTP 12/1 plan. All tests look good on our systems.

 

It may be an issue with your telephone itself.

You should try a different phone cord and/or telephone handset, and plug it direct into the the UNI-V 1 port on the NBN-NTD unit and check you have dialtone at the port.
