I have had no internet for two days after a storm. I have been on hold waiting for support to answer the phone. (Was on hold for 30 minutes and had to disconnect to take a call, have been on hold again for 30 mins) Is there anyway to request support and not have to sit for hours on hold? I have done all the checks and restarts and resets I can but no luck.
