As I am interested to finding a new NBN provider and I am comparing the prices and NBN plans they are offering, are there any bonus offers compared to your competitive providers. - We have a number of plans available and you'll see it here: https://www.tpg.com.au/nbn#. You can take advantage of the discounts that we offer with our NBN100, NBN Superfast and NBN Ultrafast plan for the first 6 months.   2. We're currently with Telstra NBN, if we're changing to TPG NBN, will it automatically change the landline without contacting Telstra? - If you'll port your number, you need to specify it when applying online or with our Sales Experts. While the transfer is in progress, the old account(telstra) is required to stay active for it to be successful. It usually takes 1 to 5 working days once the account has been activated.   3. If we do follow through with a TPG NBN plan, how long is the process from comfiration of plan to having all the NBN connection set-up? - Since you already have an active NBN service at your address, it may take 1 to 2 working days to be activated.
