Good morning,
I have been having issues with internet dropping out which is always fixed simply by resetting the modem. As the modem is getting on in years I figure it would be best to replace it however I have been unable to find a way of ordering a replacement online via your website. Are you able to assist with this?
I have fibre to the building NBN and am using the NetComm modem supplied by you at the time of having this installed.
