The problem with losing all that identifying data is that it is extremely difficult to distinguish you from a fraudulent person trying to mischievously get into your account, and you would be furious if TPG allowed someone to easily hack your account. (This is part of the reason why closing an account is not simple). Nevertheless, Mods may be able to help. ... View more
