New modem

Hi,
I require a new modem as the one at home is no longer working and we can't connect to wifi. NBN has already checked it out and said there were no problems in the area.

Which technology are you on (FTTN, FTTC, FTTP, HCF)?
When you say NBN has checked it out, do you mean on line or have they visited (you can only arrange that through the ISP)?

Hi,
We are on HCF. The technician came in person. We went online to request a service check through TPG and they had sent someone over. The technican said he was from NBN and not TPG and had diagnosed that the problem was not with NBN and most likely the modem.
