I moved internet Trying to connect tplink AC1200 but it's not working.... TPG: Your NBN service is installed but we can't see you online. For modem setup help visit link.tpg.com.au/xMoUBn. For modem delivery: www.tpg.com.au/modemdelivery but still not working. I can connect to my WiFi but not connecting to the internet. I want to speak to someone. I find this online forum ridiculous and time consuming. We should at least be able to register for a call back.

Hello last 2weeks ago I send messages for TPG Helpdesk Email Team they replied to messages general thing trun off modem like that already tried but same... i live belmore and To start off, my distance from the exchange (Campsie) :Line of sight distance: 1926m. Possible cable distance: 3297m. The Internet has been really slow.
