Hi, I've received the attached a couple of times in recent days re. stating that my credit card has been rejected re. payment, thus now overdue so to speak. I've gone into my account and found that nothing is overdue and no payment necessary up to this date. The problem is that this email has all the TPG hallmarks and addresses for reply. So, is it a scam or has an employee in accounts made an error? I've sent a copy of the email to TPG but so far no reply.
Hi @Graham999,
We're keen to check this out. Any chance you can send in your Customer ID or username via private message?
Thanks!

Also received a couple of these about the same time you received yours. Definately a scam!
Giveaways are: Incorrect ammount owing, also if you hover your mouse over the links provided (DO NOT CLICK) in the email it will show a web address not even remotely connected with TPG.

Also I actually cant login at the tpg website from a web browser (On several computers, possibly as I am overseas atm) I get error 403 Forbidden when I try to login. However I can login via the mobile phone app and my account is up to date.
I regularly get these tpg emails and they have all of the correct URLs in the typical format of a legit tpg email, quite convincing.
Probable Scam. Do not click on any links!
