Can I get 6 months discount if I upgrade my NBN plan?

Hi all,

I am using NBN50 plan at the moment. If I upgrade my NBN50 plan to NBN100 plan:

1. Can I get the first 6 months discount on the new plan (on your website, NBN100 only pay 79.99 for the first 6 months)?

2. Do I need to order a new modem?
