Deleted eSIM accidentally

I’ve deleted my eSIM accidentally and I lost my mobile network.
I can’t access to my account as I don’t have network, can’t do verification process with my phone number…
I’m aware that I need to do swap sim or something like that from my account but since I don’t have an access to my account, what do I do?
Anyone can help me with this?
