Does it happen using the webmail interface or mail client or both? If so, you need to contact TMC with this problem. The address 103.150.252.11 is owned by Atmail P/L which I believe is TMC, ie. their mail server. @danielryan999 . The UNI-D light flashes during data transfer with router. Orange indicates 1Gbps connection which is the VX220. The Alarm light appears to be off which means box has detected no devices connected. I don't know what that means since that is normal operation for you. Is speedtest the only thing that fails or is whole internet unavailable? Before you have to reboot router from admin page, can you check status. Is VX220 still connected with a WAN ip address? Or has it changed fo all zeros? Most routers let you save the system log to your computer as a text file. Open in Notepad, then copy and paste the last bit in your reply. Hi @JunTina . On secondary router, disable DHCP and NAT. Also, configure it as Access Point, or Dynamic IP, or Static IP. There's no user manual for these units so it's a matter of trial and error. Hi @naqvi005 . Nothing for TPG to do either way. Using just the Deco units is more effective. The Deco is configured via an app, so there's not much of a user manual. In Wireless Router mode, IPTV/VLAN setting is OFF for FTTP. Other settings are PPPoE, username and password as in AX10. You could keep the AX10 to use as an access point connected to Deco unit if you needed more ethernet points somewhere. ... View more

@rosiedarke1986 . The FTTC box (white box, 4 blue lights) uses standard RJ11 telephone cable to connect to wall socket. Take the box with you to get the correct shape power cable. Use a CAT5e ethernet cable between FTTC box and wifi router. You can get these from computer or electronics shop. Have you been notified by TPG that your connection is up and running? Hi @truonghue . If you use the TPG VOIP home phone, you have to use a router from them. If the HG659 has some problem or is slow, you can buy a TPG router, probably a TP-Link Archer VX220 from TPG. If you don't use the VOIP phone, you can buy some other brand/model. There are "Asus DSL" models with RJ11 connection. You must be on FTTB or FTTN connection. It looks like the Grandstream device is just a telephone adapter. It still has to connect to a router. If you use it, you need to buy a phone service from some 3rd party provider. @sidneyhe . In first scenario, Internet light goes off and messages in system log means a failure in the external network. If DSL light stays on must mean connection to FTTB equipment is ok. Fault might be internal to that equipment. That's only a guess. Second scenario might be a more severe type of error that the router can't handle. What is the NDF box you mention? The Google router should act as a gateway to the mesh units. Are there any messages in the VX420 System Log when mesh units go offline? Another TPG user put their VX420 into bridge mode using those instructions. Does the iiNet version resemble the TPG screenshot in the link?  Do you have an interface pppoe_ptm_2_0_d? @sdkhot . So, you have a Google nest router unit cabled to VX420 and nest wifi units. The Google router unit should ne configured as an access point and have DHCP and NAT functions disabled. When the Google units go offline, does that include the Google router as well? If you want to put VX420 into bridge mode, you can try the following. In bridge mode, nothing else on VX420 works. VOIP phone does not work. The following is specific for TPG and their VLAN ID requirements. iiNet may have different requirements. When you define the bridge connection, use whatever VLAN value is currently used.   Following are instructions to put Archer VR1600 in bridge mode but they might be relevant to the VX420. Hi @shanetristan . You should check that the VOIP phone has been set up on your router? Is the Phone indicator light on? Can you borrow a regular handset to connect to router and see if you can receive a call on it?  TPG have modified the VOIP firmware in the router so it's likely the tpPhone app won't work. You can check out wifi calling but that uses your phone through your home wifi. Your mobile phone probably has a better plan than using your intenet connection. ... View more
