Hi TPG, been trying to contact support for the past week on this issue, let's see if this helps.    I am trying to fix the internet on my home computer as it is not working.  - On laptop it says "no internet connection", with a ! through the wifi symbol.  - However, at the same time on ipad and mobile the wifi is working.  - Sometimes the internet works with a weaker signal (it used to be strong), and then it will drop out again.  - The NBN modem shows all lights green, on the Huawei modem the Internet light is flashing.    Steps I have already taken - Yes, I have troubleshooted the service via online account. Have repeatedly received messages it's "working as usual".  - Yes, I have reset and restarted each modem.    This is extra frustrating as I have recently upgraded my internet to the max speed, and now I'm hotspotting for work for near a week. Internet issue where I had to speak to about 7 people (providing my details each time, again and again).    When I finally got the "right" NBN support provider, I waited on hold for an hour, and only then did TPG say the wait times were too long and HUNG UP on me. No internet for a week now. Took today off from the office so that I could fix it, and then this happens.  Altogether about 1.5hrs on the phone.    I have the reference number handy - TPG, can you please contact me ASAP.
