3RD TECHNICIAN NO SHOW!!

This is absolutely disgusting service!!
I ordered internet on 17th march and have had 3 technician appointment no shows!!
The most recent was 1st May 1pm-5pm.
I need a internet connection tommorow otherwise i am contacting ombudsman or taking legal action as i have paid a lot of money to this company for nothing in return!

I'm sorry that your appointment has been rescheduled again. From what I can see the appointment has been rescheduled again due to high workloads.

The new Appointment date is for 07th of May 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
