Hi, I have problem to set up adsl2

I am using netgear modem(d6220) but I cannot set up adsl+2

I attached pictures please check it and let me know how to do it.

Hi, here is only one wall dsl socket and Dsl light is still off..

Could you let me knoe What I should do?
