Service installation was done couple of days back but I am still not able to connect to internet. I am getting PPP negotiation failed error. Please advise if Technicolor TG789 vac V2 is compatible. I am using VCMUX encapsulation. Is this fine?

I can see that our Engineering Team has raised the issue to Telstra. They are scheduled to check the service on or before 25 July 2018 and your attendance is not required.
The issue is on the line so configuring the modem now will not work. Nevertheless, I'll list down the basic settings you can use for your modem.
