Get online support

ADSL2+ activated but no internet connection.

I received an email and text on Friday 8/5 confirming that my service was installed and my phone and internet bundle was activated.
However, when I plug my router and phone into my data point, via the splitter provided, there is no internet connection or dial tone.
I have attempted to use the “test internet connection“ function on the app, which says there is no modem detected.
I do not expect to be billed for a service I cannot access.

How many wall socket you have in your house?

Have tried other socket?

please check other if any available and let me know so i can investigate with Engineer.

At this stage we have a single wall socket - we have recently moved in and are in the process of having more installed.
