Cancel my service

Hi, I need to cancel my ADSL service. I've sent an email and called TPG 3 times and unfortunately without success. 

I need you to cancel it by November the 11th, please I kindly ask you to cancel or give me a call if this is the procedure, but please, hurry up... it is getting a bit annoying...
