Canceling adsl

I wish to cancel the adsl home bundle.
I moved out of my old apartment on 31 of March and no longer using tpg service.
I made attempts to do that but couldn't get anyone to speak to. I am not in contract anymore and want to stop tpg charging my account. Help me sort this out. Thanks
