I received the Model and NBN device on 28th March. I have connected all the gear as per installlation guide. It keeps trying to connect but the internet light doesnt come on. When I check the installation status url I get this message
Your installation is progressing. We’re working hard on getting the service available for you. We'll keep you posted on the progress!
I cant get any help from Online Chat support as it is always busy and there is no phone support. Can anyone help please as I have work from home and I have no internet!
