Cancellation

Hi TPG Team, I signed up with TPG yesterday and I'm wanting to cancel and go with Telstra because you can't get through to Customer service because I need the internet running by tonight because my livelihood depends on it! I was told that once the package (modem) makes it here they'll activate my internet services remotely. I'm currently on the phone now and I've been waiting for almost 4 hours!! Can someone please tell me what the cooling off period is?
