I have issue connecting to the internet i am a new customer fttp i have issue with the NBN box i have at my unit the optical light are red i have called tech support over 10 times been on hold for more than 4 hours each time and no one helped me

I have never ever experience such a very very very bad company like tpg i wont to get my self out if this can you cancel my contract i do not want to continue with this service cancel my account and i want my money back asap and never again tpg
