Home phone activation

Hi I recently contact TPG to have ADSL Home Phone installed for a friend of mine named Thuy xxxx, DOB 2/xx/19xx, at the address:  North Melbourne 3051. She just let me know that last Saturday 7/4, there was someone who came to install as scheduled but didn't do anything - not providing her with a modem or phone or so. Hence, until now she still can't access the Internet. Could you please check whether the the installation is finished or is there anything must be done on her side to get it done?
