How do i delay installation until im moved in

I've recently set up an account with you but as it said it could take up to 20 days to install I signed up ahead of time. How do I delay installation until a specific date? There was nothing I saw in the sign up process that allowed for this. Will there be a call? It also seems a package has been dispatched to the new location already but again I won't be there to receive it.

Thanks for sending me your details.

 

Based on the progress of your service installation. Our Provisioning Team is still in the appointment schedule this will be sent via email.

 

Once you receive the installation schedule that's the time that you can request for a later date for the given installation.

 

Note: We cannot request for an earlier installation date as Telstra provides us the earliest appointment.
