Hello
I have tried contacting customer service for the past few weeks, with no help or reply.
I have paid for my new ADSL2+ on 23 March but so far no form of contact saying a technician or any kind of progress has been given to me.
Can i please get a reply regarding my installation?

It still says INSTALL PENDING in our systems.
I have raised the issue with a different team and someone should look into it ASAP and give you a followup call.
