Installation process is a joke

Installation didnt happen eventhough i waited for 2 weeks. Your technician (said he's from Telstra) said there is no line connected to the premise so he left after 30 seconds, no advices on what was going to happen next.


No follow up so far with multiple chats and emails trying to reach TPG since Friday 20/3/20.


I want a refund and not interested in dealing with terrifically poor customer service TPG.


Take money first but service would never come.
